Oh, meant to ask if this was coded or just a mock-up. I've been wondering what's the best way to do backgrounds like this for the web.

There are 2 ways to do this:

1. You make the background image 100% scaled, since it is blurry it won't pixelated.
2. You make a background pattern and erase the interface around to fit there.
