KY is lube. Discord was making innuendo at Celestia's expense so she lubed up the cane and punished him for it. Hence why he switched to calling her KK. They're also implying Twilight used the cane on him at one point as well but didn't use any lube.

It's a joke. Almost everything this artist does is about sexual innuendo. Discord is sexually harassing Celestia by nicknaming her after a lubricant. There's no rhyme or reason to it. It's just an excuse to make a sex joke.
