I made this free chibi base as a celebration of me finally getting my very first drawing tablet!You can download the .PSD and .SAI files >>here<<

I love this base...
I am defenetly going to use this base, and since I am getting my graphics tablet in a few days, I won't have to attempt to draw on ms paint to do it!
