Here's the Empty version of the Rin Bin!There now! You've emptied your recycle bin. Rin is probably going to start 'expressing herself' all over the walls of that Recycle bin, soon.
It's a PNG, made for Windows 7. If you need to know how to change desktop icons on a Windows 7 computer, just ask.

To Change Desktop icons on Windows 7 Follow These Steps:
Change the PNG to an .ico file on [link]
Click the Windows Start Button
Click Control Panel
Click on Personalization
On the Right Hand Side and Click on Change Desktop Icons
Click on Whatever icon you want to Change and click Change Icon
Hit Browse and find the file on your computer! Voila!

I tell you what, if you make some good Miku Hatsune Empty / Full recycle bin icons, I might use em and I know a friend that would nerdgasm over it lol.. Especially if you used like a cute miku for empty and a sadish or worried one for filled.
