Description
Second of the Miss Marvel images I commissioned, Carol in her second incarnation costume. While I have a soft spot for her original outfit, I have to admit this one is rather eye catching and has a real heroic look to it.

I think I prefer this costume over the old one. I usually hate black costumes but it always looked so perfect with the gold on her.

I love Power Girl's short hair cut, but I know what you mean...it looks like DC and Marvel got together and got the new PG and new Ms. Marvel costumes to look alike. Ugh.

Never been a fan of costume changes as usually it is for the worse but this was a notable exception as the new costume became one of my all time favorites.

Maybe a little bit, both are very similar, but I started her Valkyrie costume before I ever saw Emerald Knights so at that point Ms. Marvel was the main influence.
