I've read "The Persian Boy" by Mary Renault twice and it made me dream of Bagoas a lot. As a huge fan of him, I think your version of him is the best that I've ever seen.
I know it may sound cruel but this Persian boy was born to be a eunuch, it must have been some god's plan
