It's because that's a stereotype by people, some men like to have power over everyone and be superior over (women and feminine men) and some women want to seem weak and silly because they think it gives them privilege and makes them innocent and free of responsibility. Of course it's all wrong because in fact WE HUMAN ARE ALL Equal :3
