Instead of Lord Β Krishna you should describe it as vedic embodiment of Sandhya ( or Usha) or any of the Rivers like Yamuna etc. or some personification of some natural phenomena or some nymph or Apsara etc.
This is all my personal opinion since the image is much more feminine.
But the creator really a good artist & has to mature much Β more as she ages up.
