A beat cop from Kaon, Barricade has quite the temper, which has unfortunately lead to him being denied promotion multiple times. Using the C-PH body-type, a chassis that had been specifically designed for Cybertronians serving in the police forces to allow them quickly pursue their targets as soon they are on seen. Barricade is quite fond of this body-type, and will quickly reprimand fellow officers who show discomfort at having to use it.

Barricade tends to be stationed patrolling the area around the Kazmani Shipyards which, while it tends to be quiet the majority of the time, can lead to some of the most intense chases patrolling cops like Barricade could ever hope to see. Barricade often finds young Cybertronians streets racing around the shipyards, and have even given chase to some who have attempted to get into the shipyards to use as some sort of ultimate race course. On some occasions, Barricade has considered having his own attempt at what many racers call the Corvette Loop, which is possibly the most dangerous route to race around the shipyards.

Perhaps the thing that Barricade hates most of all about his job is how he is often partnered with the cheerful and chipper Groove, a fellow beat cop who seems to relaxed to have actually become a police officer. Barricade feels that when the two of them are partnered by their chief, Checkpoint, Barricade is always the one who has to do all of the work. What he would give to be able to sock Groove right in his upbeat little face.
