A 'repaint' I did using Instructions for Energon Rodimus downloaded from Hasbro's official Transformers website, [link]Scooooooooouuuuuuuuurrrrrrgggggggeeeeeee e!!!!!!!!!
The baddest of the bad, king of ass whupping TF’s is here. Pimp Daddy of the Decepticon army, Scourge. (or Nemesis Prime if you’re so inclined.) Rodimus’s Vehicle mode is SOOOOO a new, updated Scourge, it’s not even funny. I think this was my very FIRST recolor, and it’s STILL one of my best, and one of my favorites. It’s a damn shame that the lucky draw Black Rodimus that just got shown in Japan is SO close, but…still not right. BUT, that means maybe it’s possible we’ll get a more Scourge friendly repaint sometime in the future. Maybe TFU or something.
I changed his head a bit to take off Rodimus’s side crests and give him a face mask, because, it just didn’t look right otherwise. In a perfect world, he’d have an all new, Optimus head.
This was one of my first attempts to do a custom “decal job” on a figure, and while a simple design, I don’t think it came out to well (Scourge’s chest ‘windows’), but if done professionally and…well…RIGHT, I think that he would make an awesome Scourge.
Very happy with him. He’s my friend.

Now this is what I call a 'Perfect Repaint'. The colors fit the toy perfectly (which you changed enough to visually make it different from the original), the blue paint aps are amazingly well places to give it that extra special touch, and you changed the mold just enough to make it worthy enough for those hardcore collectors, variantion chasers and completists to buy the mold again.
Bravo! 
And the chest windows look great, BTW.

Heh, I'm not to pleased with the chest windows, or his apearance at all in bot mode, but to me, that vehicle mode is just sooooo good and dead on, that I don't mind the robot mode's flaws.
Hell, even without a mold change to the head, I'd buy this in a heart beat, just to get my scourge fix, hehe. Of course...maybe you could swap his head for one of the Armada supercon Prime's...hmm...

Yeah, you could swap heads... but would the new one still fit when you'd get around to transforming him into vehicle mode?
That and you'd be left with a headless Bendimus/Nemesis Prime. Or worst yet, a Rodimus headed Bendimus/Nemesis Prime!

I...:sniffles:...never got a Nemesis Prime. I am ashamed for that...I HATE the way I always get screwed with the 'tail end' of a toy line. My stores never carried the powerlinx repaints of the emergency team or sea team, and I never got powerlinx demolishor or nemesis prime. Sucks, cause I ALSO missed out on the kb exclusive 'hero' Scourge repaint. Stupid jerks. They need to stop making my favorite figure so damn hard to buy. I'm to damn poor to pay stupid ebay prices for this crap...*grumbles*

If it helps any, I never saw a RiD Scourge, Hero Scourge or Bludgeon in the stores here either. I saw the repainted Sea and Emergency teams only once. (I passed on both and have regretted it ever since.)
And to further help out, you have Armada Skywarp, for which I would willingly destroy a planet to get my hands on.
