Thanks alot, this is one of my more favorite repaints. And yeah, you're right. Though completely unintentional, he would look damn good with Grand Scourge (at least the one in the pics/artwork, the actual model looks nothing like that, heh). All the wacky colors on GS seem to match perfectly with Sixshot's colorscheme. If I ever get the motivation, maybe I'll try some repaints of their combined mode just for kicks, heh.

Yeeeeeees....my plan has worked! Lets see....who else should I repaint to forcibly inspire you to pixart next...Hmm...Need to do Some Mirage Pixart...Sure wish hasbro would put out some new Indy Car Tf's...*sigh*

(And on a completely seperate note... about that badass muscle car tf proto that just came out...)

I'll get started on the Sixshot pixart right after I finish typing this. Hopefully, if all goes well, it'll be done 'fore Christmas.

And yeah, that muscle car proto rocks hard. I just hope they have enough sense in them to make that puppy an Armada Wheeljack update (but just in case, I'm still calling it 'Cybertron Downshift" to get used to the fact that it could be it's name). I just hope that Force Chip changes to either a Speed or Earth one, althought there's already enough Earth-based characters in the series as it is...

And personally, I'm hoping for either a big-daddy colorscheme or maybe even one that mimics the Megas XLR Car. I'm sure it'll probably be a Eng Downshift and/or Alt Wheeljack colorscheme though. Maybe we'll get lucky and The first molds on hasbro's repaint list will be the has exclusive molds.

I'll admit that Big Daddy's color scheme would look pretty spiffy on that mold, but wouldn't it make it look a little to much like the car in Dukes of Hazzard? Maybe? And Alt Wheeljack's color scheme might not be so bad on it. A little bland, but not that bad.

And I agree that Hasbro should put there exclusive molds at the top of the repaint list. Especially this guy and Armorhide (which makes me think of Pipes, which in turn could be repainted into Huffer(!). )

Big Daddy is a black hotrod with red flames and neon orange robot parts. The "general lee" was an all orange car with the rebel flag painted on the roof. I think it's signifigantly different enough. (And for the record, the Megas car is cherry red, with orange flames and a black roof, another sweet choice)

And yes, this guy (still wish we could know for ma fact if it was a scout or deluxe figure), armorhide and hardtop all need repaints. (and yes, of course armorhide needs to be huffer. Or my back-up choice, a nice Motormaster.)

D'oh. I mixed up Big Daddy and the orange guy of the Hot Rod patrol there. Umm, sorry?

And I think "Downshift" is a deluxe. The weapons and Mini-Con ports make me think this since they look to be big enough to be for a deluxe fig.

Armorhide as Motormaster, huh? Cool idea. Better than the very direct repaint of Hardtop to Hound or Wreckloose as either Snapdragon, G1 Iguanus or Skullcruncher. Way better. Althought I'll have to admit as to have been pleasently surprised at Brushguard and, while so totally passing over Overhaul and Leobreaker, will definetly pic this little guy up. Now, all Hasbro needs to do is repaint Cybertron Buzzsaw into Waspinator, give Runamuck a bleach and put the Seacons and Constructicon Build Team on the market and we're all set.

S'ok. Though in ALL fairness, you should have known I'd be all about the BLACK and RED member of the hotrod patrol, hehe.

As for him being a deluxe, thats what you'd think and I REALLY hope so, but if you look at him when he has his cyber key inserted, the key is the same width as the back of the car, making you think he's more clocker sized. his seemingly simplistic robot limbs and articulation somewhat back that up too. BUT being a hotrod, I'm hoping he's unusually long for how wide he is so maybe he'll just barelly be a deluxe. I hope.

And I'm one that thinks hasbro would do ALOT better with their repaints if they'd switch the faction of the original mold. Looks alot better having, say, a Motormaster and Armorhide, two completely different designs, each on a seperate team, then, say Offshoot and Signal Flare. Or Battle and Command Ravage. Etc. Just makes more sense to me. And Hound as the Hardtop repaint? Interesting, never thought of that posibility. And here I thought my Outback and Beachcomber repaints were the best choice, hehe. And Wreckloose...hmm...I know it's cliche but I'd love to see him in a G1 Dinobots colorscheme. Maybe he can be Sludge/Slag. I think Scourge repainted as Grimlock, Brimstone as Swoop, Undermine as Snarl (Except those jackholes already named a char Snarl), and Wreckloose as either Sludge or Slag, whichever name fits better. Though i would LOVE to see WL in Skullcruncher colors. Actually, I'd much rather get a good, new Croc' mold to give that colorscheme to. Enough with the raptor-esque tf and pterasaur in EVERY line. Give us some changes to the animal line up. Croc-a-gators! (Possibly with tortise shells added, heh)

Oh, and i second all your other sugestions...(Waspinator, Runamuckabout, Seacons and Dev)
...Make it so #2. (I swear, if you tell ANYONE I just made a startrek:tng reference, i'll be forced to kill you.)

Hardtop as Beachcomber sounds pretty spiffy. Outback/Fallback's getting the toy treatment soon so he's outta the repaint race as far as I'm concerned (still gonna call him 'Outback' tho'.) And I agree with your repaint ideas for new Jungle Planet "Dinobots", althought I'm pretty sure it'll never happen since it would be too logical for them to make them (especially the Brimstone-to-Swoop repaint, even if only to keep the trademark on the name).

And you're right, we need new lizard and dinosaur alt modes. Sure raptors, flyers and t-rexes are cool but dammit so are stegos, brachiosaurus's and styracosaurus's as well as any and all lizards, cobras, gators and crocs out there.

WP- And wasp.

QS- An' scorpion 'n snake hybrids, too.

Bah, enough with the dinos. Never was a fan of em. and seeing as how they seem to designate a good half of any tf beast modes to dinos, I think we need some new beast modes. Like I said, Crocs. And Snakes. And Scorpions. And Scorpion/Snakes. And some Bugs. *sigh*

...A versus set...that combines with itself? Nah. Completely unintentionally, I realized after posting this that Sixshot hear matches near perfectly to the Superlink Grand Scourge. Now THAT would make a cool set. (Even though I hate Grand Scourge's colors...)

You mean "already HAVE". I just haven't shown it yet, heh. Part of a larger project. And Grand Scourge theoretically counts as being a legitimate part of the Superlink universe, model or not. And yeah, he was a less then stellar model kit, but still cool nonetheless. If they actually made a Eng Prime repaint that looked like his BOX pics do (box/comic pics of him differ drasticly from the actual model, heh) i'd be all over that like stink on poop.

niec recolor for him... pity that molds a unmovable and non articulated brick. Otherwise i'd buy him. Like u said he doesn't need a new head mold.
