hello there,awesome art as always,may i ask what type of pencil,pen is the blue one you use before you apply the ink?i see it is used by many artists and would really like to know what exactly is it

That's the colour he printed the original pictures pencils in. It's a certain tone of blue that is invisible to the scanner so it won't show up. That way you get a clean black and white image.

No idea. It's a standard artboard for the "paper" and the blue is just a particular tone/colour of blue that you do on your normal printer.
