Description
Here's my character, Turo, an elfie with a penchant for inventing various contraptions. His latest invention is the exploding snowball. I'm trying to start a pictoral snowball fight (kinda like those chainmail things which are giant snowballs - except this one's more fun XD). If you're interested in joining in, go ahead. The idea is a bit rough around the edges, but basically you can draw a character of yours getting hit by a snowball or throwing a snowball at someone's character.This one's for Myst! Turo's aiming at the character she let me borrow - good old Kaisa, the psychopathic ... psychopath ^__^

its allways hot and it never snows in winter
we have cold weather only for 3 months

Yeah ... though I'm giving it a bad rap. Don't go thinking we live in igloos or anything! Though a lot of older retired people tend to move down to the states for winter so as to avoid the cold weather. They're called "snowbirds" because they "fly south" for the winter ^_^

in Kuwait the topmost temperature in summer is 46 degree

Wow. 46 degrees?? I get heat stoke at about 23 degrees. XD I like giving out info ... it helps people learn about other places. I find it's the best way to learn about other places ... because I'll most likely not travel too too much. Not for a while anyway, what with school and all. In fact, I had a board in my forums that was just all about Sweden ^_^ Someone was giving me some lessons about Swedish culture and everything. It was pretty cool.

and of course we allways 
oh and one more thing our school isn't mixed with the two gender (can't spell it right )
the meaning is we allways have schools for only girls , and schools for only boys

Ah. THat's interesting. ALL schools? Really? There's not even one exception? And do you all wear uniforms? I assume all the girls have to cover their faces or at least their hair? What's the reason for having schools only for girls and only for boys? Do you learn different things?

Well there are schools with the tow kind of genders
But its not public schools each student must pay money every year .
And all schools in kuwait must wear a special uniform
In kuwait we dont have to cover our hair its up to us to decide
But in schools almost all of us cover our hair , And some of us cover our faces
We don't study different things we all study the same lesons
The reason of having different schools is that our traditions tells us to not get along with boys in any way .
We don't have something called boy friend or girl friend , And if any body do. They will be a black spot in their familys (they will bring mortification to their familys) sorry for the long replay. (^ ^);

Huh. Don't apologize. That's very interesting. So you have arranged marriages, then, obviously. I'm curious ... you've got internet ... which means you've got a lot of exposure to "Western" culture. I say that because most of the internet is "western" and it was a western invention. Do you ever compare your culture to western culture? How do you feel about the differences? Or do you care?

the reason I'm in internet is "manga" i love to see peoples drawings and chat about it .
i haven't chat with guys . and make relationships with them (and i don't even want to)
but i can chat with them if it was necessary .
i think your culture is free in alot of situations i can see it in the movies and I think you have lots of good things too
well i don't know what it is but I'm sure of it . may be the good thing is that you allways work with out getting lazy .
your weather helps you to it lol , I don't know.
but our culture well our abuse things is love to talk with out work, lazy
and our good things is we aer loving people, and our manners must be better than any thing .

lol. Thanks. Before drawing it I thought of who I haven't drawn in awhile - Turo's always a hit because everyone loves him so much but he doesn't get much loving in the comic.

Yay it's Turo! *loves muchly* I like the motion type line, and the hairs coloring is all shiny and soft looking. I'd join the pictoral snowball fight
