Might I point out a potential flaw in your anatomy? Dragons are traditionally reptilian, and their chtinous plating is comparatively heavy. Even if it was slender and strealined like yours is (kudos for, by the way) surely the trapezius quadrant around the wing sockets should be HUGE if it is to lift the whole beast off the ground. I mean look at a bat. The muscles powering their wings run almost clean down to their hips. (granted, they're still lightweight, but anyway... Just a thought)
Aside from that - strucurally sound. Very very good, my man!

That creature runs as much as it flyes!
Well I still imagine it like if it was hard for it to get on flying.
That is why most of them live in the mountains, to jump on floating
more than climbing in the air...
That character would more take roots in birds and horses and the
shoulders were kind of a problem, I wouldn't make it to heavy...
So I decided to change the inside, to make it lighter...
hollow bones, long and light feathers, speed, thanks to long thin but
powerfull muscles!
Then I'm counting on the design with feathers till hips to keep balance
while flying... Thank You for such an interest!
But I think Dragons are spirit creations first! I'm trying to take it to something new,
Don't get lock withe the reptile style!!!
Any way, again, Thanks!!!

Take it from a mythology freak - remove the reptilian features from dragons and you start straying dangerously close to avioptrix teritory and the like. However, I am particularly impressed as to how you managed to sculpt the wings into forelimbs for walking as well. Most dragons simply are hexepedes, or walk like a chicken >.< It's nice to see some variation. (thumbs up)
