HEY LOOK IT'S KAITO FOR ONCE.Forgot his scarf. Woopsies.
Was going for a sorta copic marker look for this, but I'm not completely satisfied. Oh well.
It was completely done in SAI, and yes, the lines were done with the binary tool.
idk what flowers they are, I just drew them, okay?
