FINALLY! It's been almost half a year since I started building this turret, but we're far enough along that I can build my computer into it... and I have! This is the initial (and very quick) assembly of the parts listed below. Still far from done, but it's fully functional now, and in use as you see it here until the shell is finished. I'll try to keep you posted with new information on my profile, but if you want more up-to-date information on the build, you might want to try watching / following some of my other posting sites.Parts List: Intel Skylake 6700k cpu @4.4 Ghz, Gigabyte Z170 G1 motherboard, GTX 1080 gpu (at)2,100 MHz, Corsair Vengeance RAM (32 GB), Corsair Hydro H60 cpu cooler, 2 WD Red 3.5" HDDs, 1 250GB SSD, 1 960GB SSD, 850w power supply, Blue-ray optical drive.

It's actually a little different now. I had to change the frame AGAIN to acomodate the new (and larger) 1080Ti's. I'll post a new picture soon, as an update on the project.

No. It's just some masking tape to hold it in place while I figure out a better mounting method. The turret itself is scaled to life-size.

Actually, it does. It's not a defective turret, so it will have a proper shell on it when it's done being built.
