I finally got to build my own custom PC, after waiting (what felt like) the longest year in my life.
My uncle supervised me, to ensure that I didn't fuck anything up or push too hard on my parts.

I'd say that it took me around 2 hours to actually build the Computer itself, then another 2-3 hours to install the latest version of Windows 10 (Anniversary Update). Not only is building the computer a really good feeling, but playing on a PC that you built yourself is like the equivalent of building your own car and then driving it. You can't really compare anything to that experience, until you have done it yourself.

My Specifications:
Operating System: Windows 10 (64bit)
CPU: Intel i5 6400 (Skylake)
Memory: 16GB RAM, DDR4 (Vengeance / Corsair)
Motherboard: ASUS Intel B150, Socket 1151 (DDR4)
Case: The Vantage - Type R (Midi-Tower)
PSU: Corsair CX 750W - ATX/EPS, 80+ Bronze
Storage: 2TB NAS HDD / 250GB Samsung EVO SSD
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 (NVIDIA)
Sound Card: Sound Blaster Z PCIe + Beamforming Mic

PC Price: £975 (Including VAT/P&P)

I am hoping to save up for a EVGA GeForce GTX 970 in the next few months, so I can play more modern games.
But for now, this will do with playing all the games I currently have on steam.
