Description
This is a photo of the woman serving/making tea at the Tea House that we went to by Suzhou. She had a very interesting face, which you unfortunately cannot see, but a nice profile! I liked her costume, and the set up of the room. Pretty good tea, but a little pricey. I didn't know what to categorize this photo under.. but oh well.Enjoy

I like the black frame of the picture reflecting the black frame around the window. I just really wished that no smoking sign wasn't there.

even the cup strikes a line of central balance, with the central window and the word cha. i think it all balances out because of the height of the cabinet, and the white-ness of the plastic bags.... puts some weight on the right side to balance out with the woman and tea! nice stuff. as usual

umm, ya, there's a program called njstar, and you type the pinyin, it gives you possibilities, and you select. faster than it sounds.

I like the subtle contrasts (oxymoron much - to the point where that made no sense?). I'm starring at it trying to figure out why she and that table pops out in particular - red and green complimentary goodness!
I want tables in that cherry wood red colour...
anywho!
And the glowing character in the middle couldn't have been better - usually I'm not for centering stuff, but it somehow makes your eye travel along everything else. Maybe because everything else frames it so neatly...
nice one.
