this is beautiful. nice light and a great composition. the angle of the trees vs the bridge, water and land make comp. tricky on a shot like this so i have a certain appreciation for what you did.

andrew i profusely apologize, i dont know what kind of defective crack i was smoking when i looked at the partially-concealed red and thought the umbrella were leaves. thanks to née for pointing it out indirectly

I like the rainforesty/ancient ruins feel this has - lush and perdy. The hidden red umbrella is a nice focus; since it's not so obvious it doesn't command too much attention, drawing you in and taking your eye along the other main sbjects - big tree trunk, bridge, river. plus the duality of the light from the river with the light from the path is interesting - ones rock, ones water, yet they look the same. tis neat.

my eye automatically moves to the red leaves, largely cuz its the only thing thats not of greenish/earthy colour in the photo. is this what you wanted? eye moves very nicely along the road to the bridge to tree on the third.
