Evolves from Feebas (low happiness + level up with Shiny Gyarados in Party in Lake Verity)

Dex: After numerous reports of a Red Gyarados sighted in Lake Verity, many divers over the years have tried to verify the claims. What they discovered instead, however, was a species of Milotic that have adapted to fend off strong Pokemon like Red Gyarados. Unfortunately to this day, it is uncertain whether a Red Gyarados still resides in Lake Verity, especially given Sinnohan Milotic's brutal nature to kill other water Pokemon.
