Description I wish that I was strong enough to tell you what I knew
I wish that I was strong enough to do the things you do

I wish that I could bring myself to tell you what was wrong
I wish that I could bring myself to manage to stay strong

I wish that I could have the strength to get me through the day
I wish that I could have the strength to keep me from feeling this way

I wish that I could make this happen, to control the hand of time
I wish that I could control lifes journey, through every favour & crime

I wish that somehow you could see just what our lives could be
I wish that somehow you could see how much you mean to me

I wish that someday you'll be here wrapped up in my arms
I wish that someday I'll be the one that keeps you safe from harms

I wish that I could tell you that you'll never have to fear
I wish that I could tell you I will always remain near

I wish that you would never hurt, would never have to cry
I wish that you would never leave, would never say goodbye

I wish that I could keep you close, keep you always with me here
I wish that I could stop the wrongs that make you shed a tear

I wish that someday you will know just what it's like for me
I wish that someday you will know just how hard love can be

I wish that one day I can tell you & that you can finally know
I wish that one day you can grasp just how hard it is to let you go...

s for you alot. this is a real jerker. Nice job. Made me smile also. Are you strong inside. I know everyone gets weak sometimes. But try to stay strong when you can. You'll feel much better. So many people give into weakness and let them destroy them. not you though. I think. I'm really liking this. Once again dear. Nice job.

again....i like the structure. and the rhyming has been done well because it doesnt sound forced nor does it break...it just flows continuously. the last two lines really 'pack the punch' in the poem. another great poem

There are so many parts in this poem that stand out and I can Identify with, you draw out your feelings so well and poetic. I share many of these same feelings you do, and its hard to believe but I think somehow you know how I feel. You know what its like to get your heart borken and one can tell from this amazing piece youve done here. Its subtle yet so powerful, and the flow was continuous and didnt seem to stagger. This is a new fave for me! Great job! And remember Im here for you too
