Yeah , this is how I draw Felicia... and unlike Capcom , I prefer the creepier teeth. I based her on the UDON comics interpretation since they did an excellent job with her, making her a genuinely likable character ...All of Donald's job are actually nods...can you guess to what ?

Why thank you ! I was actually worried about how to draw her, but I really do privilege expressions over cutesiness (To me there is Genuine Cuteness , where the character is naturally pleasant and Saccharine cuteness , which is forced down our throat and obnoxious...)
