Not quite exactly her design for the last movie... none of them really are. They're mostly a mix between several elements added through the years. And now, to answer the question that you all have been asking, yes, if Mothra could talk, she'd sound like littlefoot's mother. Cus that adds salt to the wounds...
Well, time to see me some destructive turtle tetralogy ...

Beautiful! I never got into Godzilla stuff, but I saw a little on TV as a kid and I really liked Mothra, I think I could tell she seemed the most benign

Well I am more of a "pick the right morsels" when it comes to Godzilla, some I dig, some I don't (the last one is a BLAST !)

I have overall mixed feelings about the designs of most of the Monsterverse. Mothra was a pleasant surprise with her best form yet, plus some great moments but far too little screen-time. I honestly would have made her the deuteragonist of the movie or even the main lady. Rodan and Ghidorah are mostly unchanged safe for being a fully CGI but they always had solid designs. Poor volcano fried chicken ended up being everyone's bitch, but at least he got some crunchy snacks before the downfall. Kong looked overall nice but I'd still change some things about him. MUTO's look cool but unfinished, as if they never added all of the video effects to their models or something so they just look kinda bland and half-baked especially at how grotesque their concept art looked. The filler titans all look nice but have bland, dull color schemes though the mammoth\gorilla one looks nice. The worst one is probably Godzilla himself, he looks like they took the most basic elements from all of his incarnations and distilled them to their most basic form, ending up looking like something a Godzilla ripoff would have so they couldn't be sued for copyright. It's even worse because that was apparently what they were going for. It'd even put Shinzilla above him. That design was hilarious but the CONCEPT behind it had its heart in the right place and ended up being one of the few things I liked about that movie.

I didn't think Rodan was a bitch. I mean, compared to the earlier versions, this one still tried and severely hurt Mothra ! Hadn't it been for a stinger to shiv him, he'd have won.
For Godzilla , they should have with something akin to the Stan Winston design.
I just can't get over Shinzilla's eyes. While the powers are impressive, part of me still thinks "penile envy" the more I think about it !

Mothra was a very naughty girl, she brought a shiv to a flame-thrower fight.
Kinda sad that Sam Winston movie never materialized. A lot of it was cannibalized for G2014, for all the good that did.
My favorite bits of Shinzilla are his hilarious burger thighs and itty bitty arms that seem to be frozen in a constant "why me" posture. His face is also very funny to me for some reason, probably because it looks like the original 1954 Godzilla and its dopey expression. They wanted to create something truly grotesque but somehow came up with something weirdly comic. This probably stems from Toho's fanatical conservatism concerning alterations to Godzilla's design most likely to prevent more fan sperging, which of course seeing how fans are, took place nonetheless. They ended up cutting a lot of more visually disquieting features and even removed a whole form to boot, the only remains of it being the last, and for me, best scene of the movie.

Well a live-action EVA movie series has been caught in a constant state of death and rebirth for well over a decade and that interesting, but false, rumor that Michael Bay would be directing them. Though, if I am to be completely honest, an Evangelion movies series helmed by Michael Bay sounds a lot more enticing to me than the public would be willing to tolerate.

Honestly, if any series deserve to be mocked relentlessly it's NGE ! Why ? The mockeries would at least be funny than Anno's pompous fuck you to Otakus (and I am aware that it is not flattering in the least ! In the west , people think it means "fan of anime and manga"... when it's more of a term describing the no-life from South Park ! XD )

Beautiful work on the most benevolent(and adorable)Kaiju Plus her theme song in KOTM was sublime, well the whole soundtrack was fantastic
