I see...knew you weren't interested in the battle...still at least I do that Cable is a very badass mutant for ripping away that techno virus, and Booster Gold actually had his fair share of powers with that suit he stole...still, don't know why people didn't understand that comparison...it's a battle of the time travelers who came to the present for different ideas.Β

You know, never in my life had I really had any interest in Sonic. Didn't play the games, didn't see the cartoons, never read the comics. Until that fantastic Robotnik pic you made, so I decided to check the Archie run you mentioned. Didn't even bother starting from the begining, jumped straight to issue 160 and binge read to 251.
And guess what, I actually enjoyed it. Didn't know any of these characters before but I really wanted to see how the story lines with the time traveler, the comatosed French guy and the spy who got possessed by his warlock boss were going to resolve. The issue 252 felt like running to a wall.
Oh well, was fun while it lasted. Thanks for recommendation!

Glad I pointed at some worthwhile stuff to read XD. If you're interested in more of the same continuity, Flynn also wrote the Sonic Universe series that is parallel to the main run , it is up to issue 50 if you want.
I suppose this is how things should've ended rather than a forced reboot

Honest to God, I completely forgot Scourge even had a Super form until I saw this pic. Also, am I the only one who's noticed how frequently red eyes with black sclera are used to give characters a demonic vibe?
