Gen-2: Antitoxin X Edition
Theme for Windows 10 RS5 1809 Builds.
Supports 100% scaling settings only.
How To
You'll need your system patched with UXThemePatcher.

You'll also need 'StartIsBack' (check the 'SIB Settings' screenshots included in the zip, for theme specific settings in StartIsBack), to apply the start menu
& taskbar style as well as 'OldNewExplorer' for windows explorer to look exactly like it is in the screenshot.

Installation:
Extract the contents of the 'Theme' folder & copy them to:
C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
From Personalization, select & apply the theme.
Optional:
Aero Glass is recommended with this theme.

Extras:
Antitoxin Logon/Lockscreens in 1920x1080 & 2560x1440 resolutions.

you boot up with csm enabled? that means the install was done in legacy mode & & your hard drive is MBR as in Master Boot Record also disable secure boot before you start anything... there are many articles on how to dual boot just search on google.. or better yet i've done that for you:
just make sure you back up anything important before you start the whole process

windows 10 does not have the native start menu which is why we use Start Is Back but since you use windowblinds, i think stardock has a similar program called Start10 which is what you need i think to get the start menu back in you windows 10
