Mercurian
Theme for Windows 10 1903 Builds.
Supports 100% scaling settings only.
How To
You'll need your system patched with UXThemePatcher.

You'll also need 'StartIsBack' (check the 'SIB Settings' screenshots included in the zip, for theme specific settings in StartIsBack), to apply the start menu
& taskbar style as well as 'OldNewExplorer' for windows explorer to look exactly like it is in the screenshot.

Installation:
Extract the contents of the 'Theme' folder & copy them to:
C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
From Personalization, select & apply the theme.
Extras:
Mercurian Lockscreens in 1920x1080 & 2560x1440 resolutions.

Am unable to apply this theme. I was using this on my 1809 build flawlessly but now on 1903, no luck. Though i followed instructions as stated, the won't apply..
P.s.. I have merged "Add personalize classic" registry n now am unable to remove it. It shows an error. is this the problem? And, whats "supports 100% scaling only"? I have scaling set to 225% on a 4k display (recommended is 250%)

I don`t understand. I have win 10 pro ver 1903, i install UltraUXThemePatcher (then reebot system), install StartIsBack (trial 30days) and OldNewExplorer (cfg exactly like it is in the screenshot)... reboot system. Download theme, unpack, copy Mercurian folder and file mercuruan.theme to c:\windows\resources\themes, right click menu-personalize slassic-theme settings & select the theme..... and You see on screen, only change colour and wallpaper :/ imgur.com/a/jwk5c2u help please

i just realized that i have included the wrong set of instructions in the zip of the theme... thanks.. your post is what made me realize this zip re uploaded with correct set of instructions... also kindly use the Remove Personalization Classic registry file to remove that hack. it's not needed for 1903 .. sorry for the inconvenience

first check your display scaling settings because the theme only supports 100% scaling, then make sure that you have both system & app modes set to dark under personalization > colours

noting is working here men i hef done evriting in my window 10 startisback oldnew ultrauxthemepatcher i can noting done in me startisback and windowblinds 10 work ollzo not on my window 10 it is all fucking junk
