Theme for Windows 10 RS2 aka 1703 Creator's Update
Updated to version 1.1

Changelog:
Fixed taskband icons & task item metrics
Replaced old task item buttons with new ones
Replaced Window close, restore & min/max buttons with new ones
Fixed window shadows to match window frames(Now looks much better IMHO)
Added a logon screen for the theme in the zip
How To:
You'll need your system patched with UX Theme Patcher.
Ultra UX Theme Patcher:

You'll also need 'Start Is Back' to apply the start menu & taskbar style & 'Old New Explorer' for windows explorer to look exactly like it is in the screenshot.

Installation:
a.Extract the contents of the Theme folder & copy them to:
C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
b.Use the 'Add Personalize Classic' registry file in zip to add option to desktop right click menu.
b.From right click menu go to:
Personalize(classic)>Theme settings
& select the theme.
Additional:
Check the 'SiB Settings' screenshots included in the zip for theme specific settings in Start is Back.

A very nice skin! Just what I needed to make most of the Windows applications dark, the white hurts my eyes.
Been using it a few days and for what I've seen it works pretty well.
A few things that don't seem to work as intended or I'd like to be changed:

* I noticed from your control preview screenshot that the scrollbar is as dark as the background it moves in.
I've seen this in action on websites and in several software applications.
It's very hard for me to find the scroller, especially on very large pages (or zoomed in a lot) where the scroller is extremely small.
* FireFox has been adapted with dark elements, while Internet Explorer and Chrome seem 'untouched' (compared default skin and several pages in both).
The text of opened tabs is black too and I can't see the '+' to open new tabs.
Changing Theme Add-on from Default to Dark shows the text and + again, but doesn't change the affected Firefox webpages.
* On some websites and in software applications textboxes are dark with dark text, same goes for several buttons.
Hard for me to see what I've typed or what the textbox/button contains.
The control preview shows this is no normal behaviour for those controls.
On the website the textbox remains dark when focused, but on Windows 'Save As' window the texbox becomes white when focused.
I haven't figured out in which cases this happens.
Any idea what causes this and how this can be changed?
Other than that no complaints so far, a very great skin, with some little changes it could be perfect!
