I really like the dude in the mask and the ominous black that makes everything stand out. Usually people tend to do ominous black and everything ontop of it in white, here it is more central and the characters make it even more interesting to look at. Overall I enjoy the composition more than anything.

Which mask do you mean, I count 3. But the one in the top centre is the Empty Child, the Gas Mask Zombie kid. Next to him is the Robot Santa from Runaway Bride, and the one on the left middle is the Clockwork Repair droid from Girl in the Fireplace.
