All hail Tari's CPU!There wasn't a clear bust shot of HDD Rei at all so I figured I'd just build up one myself. But since she didn't even have a neutral expression in-game (they're all psychotic looks except one), I decided to create one myself so everyone can look at the ancient CPU without having her give you a bloodthirsty stare.
