Your backgrounds are amazing. The first and second panels are just... wow. I might be biased, as I can't do them myself, so I'm easily impressed by those that can, but still... DAMN. The buildings, the fog, the plants, the detailing on the hearth... I am in awe. <3

Your figures and shading and dialogue are all wonderful, as well, but those backgrounds are what's really wowing me on this page.

Cheers! I went a bit crazy with the details and it took too long, but it's good to do an ambitious background every now and then.. get the fog out of the system.

Wow, what wonderful little touches you add, like Rosie yawning...and then just the details in the backgrounds. Devilry, this is a great gift you're giving the S.H. community! I so much appreciate the effort that's going into the art and story. It's marvelous to see Watson and Lestrade having some time together on a case and also friendly interactions. And your art is bril. I'm so glad you're making this, what a marvel! And inspiration!

Thank you!! It so much fun to draw this so I add a lot of details..Victorians loved tassels and stuff like that. It's also fun to explore what the people around SH do when the person they have in common is gone..
