GAH. You're, like, my hero right now.
Lestrade's face in panel 11 is so adorable, with the little smirk and everything. My one gripe is that his hair is just a wee bit too flat (he usually parted it to the side with a bit of a wave in front, if I remember correctly), but that's such a trifle it's hardly even worth mentioning.

Colin Jeavons usually wore his hair parted to the side with wave, but IIRC as Lestrade it was slicked back in Holmes-fashion. That's a good observation though, keep 'em coming!

In the first panel here, I think Lestrade looks a bit ferret-like, as Watson described hin in the beginning - nicely done! But they still look cute, both of them... Watson resembles the actor in the granada TV-series, I've forgotten his name... The interaction between them is lovely.

I like the interaction between Lestrade and Watson. I always wondered who would be Watson's friend during the Great Hiatus. He's too friendly not have someone.

Yup, I thugged him up a bit! The event of Les going up to him and doing martial arts in his face would not end well. Little does Les and Watson know his nickname is "Gentle Jim", and that picking a fight with a cow would be more successful.
