Description
While there has been Hybrids like Wolf (Half Demon) and Luce (Half Angel), other like Demigods have existed in the past. Yaotl was one of the main antagonists for the Battle of Demigods Arc.

Name: Yaotl, (Nahuatl for "War/Warrior")

Status: Son of Huitzilopochtli, the Aztec God of Sun and War.

Species: Jaguar/Demigod

Backstory:

Huitzilopochtli played many roles within the Aztec pantheon. He led the wandering Mexica people to Tenochtitlan, the eventual seat of power of the Aztec Empire, and was venerated as the primary god of war. Sacrifices were made to him after every victory and defeat, and the dawn of creation even paused and waited for his arrival.

Huitzilopochtli, wanting to have a successor if he were to ever fall, bore a child with a mortal woman, said child being Yaotl. Unfortunately, Yaotl's mother was eventually sacrificed in his honor, making Yaotl grow bitter of his father believing he didn't care much for her.

Eventually, when the Aztec empire fell, Yaotl was sealed away for centuries, waiting to be released along with his fellow Demigods who wish to reclaim the modern world to continue their rule over mortals as the superior race, believing it to be their divine right to do so.

Bio:

Yaotl's childhood wasn't exactly a pleasant one. As he was being groomed to be Huitzilopchtli's successor, he was exposed to the darkside of humanity at a young age, bloody wars with neighboring tribes and watching people be sacrificed daily.

Despite being respected and worshipped by mortals, he resented his father and his own status as his son, even being enraged when being compared to his father. If he is to be worshipped or acknowledged, he would rather be recognised as his own person rather than being known as Huitzilopochtli's son.

He cared deeply for his mother on the other hand, who served as his earthly/mortal tether. With her gone, his view on mortals was a somewhere between low to indifferent as while growing up, he witnesses them blindly serving and dying for their deity without question.

Yaotl's most notable traits are his love of battle and his sense of honor. Yaotl usually looks down on all the mortals he comes across, but will come to respect them should they have the following two requirements: firstly that the fighters take combat seriously, and secondly that they are strong fighters.

Powers/Abilities:

Longevity: As a Demigod, Yaotl's lifespan is longer than the average mortal's, being able to live for centuries.

Superhuman Attributes: Yaotl is incredibly powerful, possessing enhanced senses, super-human speed, strength and durability.

Experienced Combatant/Fighting Genius: As son of the Aztec God of War, Yoatl proves to be a skilled fighter and an effective fighting genius. Having years of combat experience, understanding and analyzing opponents style of combat and surrounding areas that may be used to their advantage.

Solar Manipulation/Empowerment: As his father was also a Sun God, Yaotl can draw power from sunlight to strengthen himself, while also being able to use it to directly harm enemies in beams of solar fire, even imbue his weapons with for more damage or summon orbs of solar light and hurl them at his enemies.
