Description
Some military organisation base in some fallout-style Postapocaliptic Desert. Art piece for an iOs/Android game named Heavy Battle. This is a heavy mix of of overpainting, collage, and manual painting. A lot of stuff is happening there. At least i can say that i draw the helicopter without any overpainting

Wow this is really awesome, reminds me of a concept art for a game set after a major war or nuclear engagement.

Hi , i'm a big fan of this half matte painting like / half digital painting style (even i didn't try it yet) so good job ! My only critic is ; i think there is a problem about barbed wire's and road's perspective, thats all.
Cool work

Overpainting is the way to go if you do it for living and have to comply with tight deadlines, and finish a piece in few work hours. Also, it produces better results I only do space painting from scratch, because of the feeling of creating new worlds, its priceless
About the perspective - the road is meant to be a downward slope, and the barbed wire was added really late in the night and i didn't had any more strength to work on it, so it went to the publisher, and i had other tasks to do in the morning
Anyway, thanks a lot for the comment, i appreciate that!

I like the gritty feel of this. Overpainting or no, there's a lot of skill that goes into a piece like this here.

Thanks That was my first post-apocalyptic piece ever, normally i'm not really much into that kind of stuff. So the gritty feel was what i was aiming for here
