if you make it 50x50 pixels in size you can right click the emoticon and save it to a file, then in MSN you can click 'show all' in the emoticons tab then click 'create', then click 'find image' and browse for your emoticon, give it a shortcut and click ok, and then whenever you type that shortcut into msn it will use your emoticon

i have hundreds of emoticons from DA that i use in MSN lol
