It works now, but you can make it a little bit more white and less transparent. Try it yourself and point it at a black wallpaper..

Mmm, I haven't tested them under Windows XP, but the installation file works on Vista and 7. I think it doesn't work, I cannot help you, I can only suggest you that install them manually by yourself

I was thinking about it, but lately Windows provides a shadow on the cursor by default, so I thought it would be quite unnecessary
