Description
Material:Pencil: Derwent Graphic Soft: H, F, B, HB, 2B, 5B and 9B.
Pen: Stabilo Sensor Fine Liner (black), Stabilo Permanent (black).
Gel: Thick Red smooth ink, Thick Black smooth ink.
Paper: Daler Rowney: A3 in size, yet image is A4 in size. 150 g/m²
Creation Time: 55 hours, (spun out over 7 days).
Influences/Inspiration:
1. Jeepers Creepers: More so the Dungeon type place the creature had.
2. Nightmare on Elm St: Mainly the bloody half skinned corpse. And the Dark figure.
3. Human Body: The Internal Muscular Structure.

Very disturbing....in a good way. I love all the thought and time you put into each piece...its like exactly the opposite way that i do art where I get an idea for a concept and just try to get it out without putting much meaning behind each piece...on another note most of your artwork would be great cover art for so many death/black metal artsits albums.

Your rendering capability is well honed. But your composition skills are a bit rusty. The devision of the floor to wall is almost dead center, and the door is. The grandfather clock is in golden placement, but the eagle is centered horizontally. In somthing this complex, its inplausable to get everything splace nonsymetrically, but you should try and make the key focal points and dynamic as possible.
You've got some nice resting spaces, and some wonderfull depth though.

Originally the skinned corpse was supposed to be the central focal point, but as usual, things changed throughout creation. I was aiming for the dark figure to be the centre point after a while, my atempts to makes this the way i wanted it didnt work out too well, but im satisfied with it. Thank you very much for such an in-depth comment. Truly appreciated.

Yes, your are spot on. I was thinking of my neighbour who is giving much grief, not just to this house hold, but the street. I picked the whole family while designing this. To give a little light on them, they are a bunch of thieves who work more than one job but only declare one, they lie about people and stir up trouble. Their entire family have broken just about every law excepy Rape and Murder, and all three of the Sons (out of 5 children) have at least 5 warrents out for them (5 each).
But lol, my designs are worrying, yet in real life i wouldnt even hurt a spider, they are ugly lil things, but i like em, i feel kinda bad when i accidently smush one.
