The first time I saw this I was drunk so I kept looked at this piece for 5 minutes or so (it felt like I stared longer but it probably wasn't)

i much enjoy the freak sign (with the backwords "R") it gives it a certain tone
the shading is done beautifully and the only suggestion i have is to change around the figures in the back, the seem a bit off to me

surreal and twisted... your style is interesting and unique
there seem to be so many hidden meanings in the image that could be interpreted in different ways.
it is eyecatching that some elements are blood red.
this is an artistic combination of shapes and objects.
