"What's so unusual about that, princess?" he asked quietly. "Do you know how your story ends?" --Dustfinger, Inkheart--Paul Bettany as Dustfinger from the upcoming movie 'Inkheart'. That's Gwin on his shoulder. It's my first time drawing a marten.
Done in 3 hours with reference material using F, 2H, HB, 2B, 4B and 8B pencils and a cotton bud in my sketchbook.

A minor correction: Gwin is a marten in the books, but they used a ferret in the movie instead.
So, I technically drew a ferret instead of a marten.

I've only read the first book... and currently having some trouble getting hold of the second one. The local bookstore's stocking up on Inkheart (because of the movie) and Inkspell has completely disappeared... DX

*whistles* You know, if you do come to America, you should really ty to persue your drawing ability. I mean, there are good artists, but then there are simply amazing artists that capture images with amazing detail and skill like you always do.
Sadly, I don't know the first thing about how artists get started out.
As for Inkheart, I love that book. XD My mother read me the first two when I was little. Has the movie or the final book been released yet?

I've just finished Inkheart and am desperately looking for Inkspell... but the local bookstores have restocked Inkheart (due to the movie being released soon) and Inkspell has completely disappeared off the shelves! 
I need to find it before I go off for National Service!!! *is becoming more and more desperate for Inkspell*
Btw, the local stores finally have copies of Pilgrims of Rayne... but I'm flat out broke... DX
I'd spent all my money on Shini's birthday present ('twas an encyclopaedia on Animals). At least she
