Description
"It's only below 0 Celsius degree outside >->"Hello my dear friends and watchers, how have you been? I got some news for you to tell but everything will be explained in a next journal. For now I would like to show you my latest drawing of my character. I decided to small changes in colors and I think that his fur looks way more soft with light blue color. What do you think? I'm planning to post more arts once I'll have some time to work on them. I hope that you will enjoy my next art ^^

Nice thing about fur, you can run around in the cold wearing nothing and be perfectly fine

Oh hey!
hehe 0'Celcius I'm quite jealous of you its 28.c here. X,3
That aside though this does look quite nice, I can agree as well with the light blue having a softer look to it and I think it compliments the rest of his colours quite nicely, with that as well your getting better at drawing eyes. All in all nice work!

(mostly to you) Well, he lives in Brazil, and there is no inhabited location in Brazil that has ever experienced below freezing temperatures in February (after all, the upload day was the equivalent of August 19th in the Southern Hemisphere). So he's probably just joking around.
(mostly to Devynullk ) I too like the color change—the previous scheme had a little too much contrast, IMO. If it were more major, probably not, but it's minor enough to occur naturally.

it's February here xD
and I live near the Argentina, so here it is always cold "even on summer"
it's doing 11°C here, it's not 0°C but almost it

Yes, but Southern Hemisphere February is equivalent to Northern Hemisphere August.
Now, I don't know if you were meaning to exaggerate, and I don't wish to deny your personal experience, but no inhabited location (indeed, probably no location period) in Brazil is "always cold even in summer" according to most people—according to my research, the coldest settlement in Brazil during February (São Joaquim) has an average temperature of 17.1 °C, an average high of 21.4 °C, and a record high of 30.1 °C in that month. I'm pretty sure that no one that doesn't have serious neurological or thermal regulation issues would characterize the last figure as cold, and mostly only people in ultra-tropical areas like lowland Indonesia or Somalia would consider the former cold... It definitely can get cold in February in certain areas of Brazil (as you indicate), but not all the time, and not for everyone—as I grew up in an area where -25 °C temperatures occasionally happen (as recently as January of this year ), 11 °C is not cold for me.
And São Joaquim along with other Brazilian mountain towns are located decently far away from the border—the border towns have a subtropical temperature range in the summer, and you can ask DingoPatagonico how he feels when he travels near the Brazillian border in summer!

Ah, I thought you were talking about the days (early morning is generally the coldest part of the day)—makes a bit more sense now. Still, that's a rather high threshold for cold... but I guess to each their own.
