Yes! Those muscles won't keep the size if you won't exercise. Dev went to his local gym to workout a little. One of the exercises he does is lifting 20 kg weights. Then he would also do a set of push-ups and at the end he would run 5 km on a treadmill. He makes sure to stay fit and healthy as he likes to picks up Tarina and carry her on his arms :3 Also it's been a while again since I posted my last art but I hope that you all are going to like it! ^w^Related content
