Woo! So the first comic is finally done! Amazed? I know I am. XD

For all of you who haven't been subjected to me going on about this for the past year or whatever, I imagine it'll require some explanation. ...and if by some miracle you get the joke without reading this, you are awesome beyond belief ^_^

"Playing by the Rules" is a crossover... ...sort of.
It's a cross between all the versions of the Megaman.EXE series - games, anime, manga, & TCG - and mostly focuses on this idea:

What would happen if the characters had to net battle by playing the card game?

If you haven't played the TCG before, you do damage by comparing your attack power to your opponent's defense. you charge up once per turn in order to blast when your power gague is full enough, and you can use battle chip cards to increase your attack, defense, etc. Protoman's attack power is 3. Megaman's defence is 2. Unless he blasts or uses chips, Protoman's basically going to just have to poke Megaman to death - something I'm sure neither Megaman or Netto-kun are willing to wait around for.

So in this instance, I'm making fun of Enzan. Why? because its fun. ;D
And because Enzan never seems to actually *do* anything when Protoman fights. As far as I'm concerned, Protoman is an independent navi who randomly has an operator. The most usefulness he has is the ability to "plug in" his PET to the net, and going full synchro in the manga.
Now he has to play by the rules of the TCG. ie: he actually has to think.
and nothing good shall come of this as long as i can help it. ^_~
