Description The Rangers are going camping, while Cam is working on improvements to the Zords.
Up on Lothor's ship, Vexacus and Zurgane argue about who's the best.
The Rangers are stopped by a girl who asks for help rescuing a friend. She was rock climbing and her rope is breaking. They bring their own rope and Blake goes down to carry her up. Suddenly, Zurgane appears, and the girl turns into a Kelzak! All the people are Kelzak Furies! The Rangers fight them, while Blake hangs off the cliff holding off his own Kelzak! The Kelzaks cuts his rope, but Blake morphs before falling and defeats the Kelzak. The others morph and continue fighting Zurgane and his Kelzaks. Shane even uses his Battilizer.
Eventually, they fight them off, and return to going out camping.
Tori doesn't think the guys really get the point of camping, as they all just hook a bunch of electronics up to a generator. She decides to go help Cam at Ninja Ops, but the van is stuck in mud.
The others help push it out, but it crashes into their generator and breaks it. Tori sticks around to cook some burgers and since the mini fridge isn't powered, she puts the soda in the nearby stream to keep them cool.
The Rangers have no time to enjoy this though, as Vexacus and Shimazu show up, seemingly just to be jerks.
Lothor sends Zurgane down as well, and he has something that can replicate the Rangers' powers.
Cam joins the Rangers to help, just as Zurgane shows up with another Megazord. Does he just have a stockpile of these somewhere?
The Rangers get their own Megazords and take turns using different power discs against him.
Shimazu and Vexacus watch on as the episode comes to an end.

Well. That was a kinda nothing episode.
The Rangers just going camping might've been a fun little story on it's own. Them rescuing someone in danger might've also been a cool thing. That probably could've been an entire episode. The Rangers questioning when it's right to use their powers, and maybe having to use them and expose their true identities. That point is touched on but then it turns out everyone is a Kelzak.
The fight with the Kelzaks furies is cool, but it drags, it's definitely the longest a fight with footsoldiers has been all this season.
I was expecting more from Marah and Kapri, they appear at the beginning, and it's presented like they'll have some influence on what Vexacus and Zurgane do. Instead, they just disappear.
I don't know why Zurgane having his own Zords is treated so casually. This really should be a bigger deal. He just pulls them out of his butt whenever he feels like it.
Overall this episode is unfocused, too much going on, while at the same time, not much going on.
Low stakes, too. The episode ends on the Rangers having a little difficulty defeating Zurgane's Zord for the second or third time. Vexacus and Shimazu watch, maybe if they were helping Zurgane, the situation would be a bit more dire.
Oh, and this is yet another two-parter with a weak episode. It's not terrible, it's very watchable. I'd take it over most current seasons, but it's definitely one of the weaker Ninja Storm episodes.
