Description The Rangers defeat Zurgane's Megazord, but Cam sees Zurgane teleport away holding a disc. He thinks something more may he coming.
Zurgane presents the disc to Lothor, it contains a "clone program" that knows all the Megazord's moves. Zurgane has yet another Zord of his own  to use the clone program on.
The Rangers return to their campsite, to find it trashed! They consider leaving, but Tori took the van to join Cam at Ninja Ops. They decide to make the best of it and look for food elsewhere.
They're immediately called back into battle, though. Zurgane has brought his new Megazord, and with his clone program, the Rangers don't know how to react. Whatever they do, Zurgane counters. Sensei Watanabe calls the Rangers back to Ninja Ops. They come up with a new plan.
They try using their gliders, but Zurgane shoots them down and then exits his Zord to fight them on the ground.
Cam brings in the Zords, and Zurgane returns to his own.
Vexacus and Shimazu come down to watch.
The Rangers combine their Megazord with the Mammoth Zord, a combination Zurgane hasn't seen. Since he has no data on it, he can't defend himself. The Rangers succesfully defeat Zurgane and go back to camping.
Zurgane is wounded, and Vexacus kills him.

This episode is tonally odd.
The ending is a pretty big WTF.
We have a pretty standard action focused episode, here, a pretty repetitive one. The goofy little b-plot about the Rangers camping, is back, though doesn't really go anywhere.
Then suddenly betrayal among the villains.
Power Rangers is no stranger to backstabbing, despicable villains, but it comes off especially strange here. Ninja Storm's villains were not set up as serious villains, so this moment of Vexacus killing Zurgane really comes out of nowhere. They had a bit of a rivalry, but this event takes it far beyond rivalry.
The oddest thing about it is, no one has anything to gain from this. In the past, villains usually had motivations for turning on one another. Lothor loses a devout general. Vexacus already inexplicably had respect from Lothor over Zurgane.
With this being a two-parter, I think some more development should have been given to Vexacus and Zurgane. As it is, Vexacus doesn't care about Zurgane, seemingly at all. So why does he consider it necessary to murder him? Lothor threatened them, sure, but that's nothing new. Why now do his threats hold weight?
The rest of the episode is painfully standard, Zurgane did indeed have a stockpile of Zords, and we get to see three different Megazord battles. As the series has gone on, the Megazord battles get less and less interesting. For a while, they felt shoehorned in, but now they just feel tedious. The Rangers easily beat Zurgane the first time, retreat the second time, have an almost identical battle the third time before finally defeating him.
I think this episode may he the worst Ninja Storm has to offer. Last episode at least featured lots of fun action and some character moments, but this one is all Megazord battles. Tedious Megazord battles.
It's a shame Zurgane had to be taken out for good here, he was a potentially interesting character, but for whatever reason, he never got much development. He's a fiercely loyal minion for Lothor, he's some kind of robot or cyborg, and for some reason Lothor doesn't give him much respect.
Vexacus is cool, but he has even less going on than Zurgane. He was an enemy of Lothor, he wants power, and that's it. I guess killing Zurgane could get him closer to his presumed goal of killing Lothor and taking over. Oddly, he hangs out with Shimazu most of this episode. Why are they allies? What does Shimazu see in Vexacus? Or is he just there because Lothor told him to be?
This is a pretty nothing episode, which happens to have some important events in it.
This is the last two-parter until the finale. Good.
