You can't really divorce in Skyrim anyways. I mean, if your spouse dies from an "accident", you can get remarried.

"Whoops, i accidently hit my wife while swinging my axe in the house!" I would never have done that to my wife in Skyrim, She was awesome. She was a Werewolf too. She got kidnapped once and killed the kidnappers
