It's simple, but I don't have the program to do it. You need to make the thing 50x50 pixels then make an email address(on yahoo is the fastest) and make a new account with a name that ends with "plz"(use the email address for the new account and confirm it while you're on yahoo) and put this as your account ID so when people put in ":icon"
then the accounts name and the ":" at the end(without spaces) it will make an image that's also a link.
It's not that hard, but you need to format this pixel motion file(or whatever it's called) into 50X50 I only have MS paint so I can't do that.

Good luck considering it's 72 pixels wide. I don't know how you shrink it, but you'd probably have to do it frame by frame no doubt.
