my only problem with these is the second image lighting is unrealistic where the light shines on the walls... Not in correspondence with the lights themselves

Lovely. The day one looks so real! I bet you just took a photo.

Firstone (day) looks neat but secondone is less realistic, and looks artificial IMO
But from render to render your works are getting better and better keep going

I would increase the strength of the texture in the couch in order to make it look just a tad more natural, everything else is perfect.
