Description
A Red-eared Slider (Trachemys scripta elegans) swimming among the Koi at the Fort Worth Japanese Gardens.This HDR was created from 9 exposures from a single RAW file then processed with Dynamic Photo HDR. In addition, Photoshop Elements 9 was used to clean up the water and Topaz Labs filters to finish the image.

It's a really large pond. Probably equivalent to the one at the Botanic Garden, but more narrow and the Koi are much more receptive to feeding.

You'd be more impressed at the cuteness of the small ones, but they were way to shy. Hard to get a good pic.
