Description
A group of Trumpeter swans on final approachinto the wind.. just before the feet go out to
touch down. Really a warm winter, we still have
a lot of open water on the rivers.. Usually a ft.
of ice by now..

Wonderful shot Don!
I love how they trim out the wings when on final approach. Just a little curl here and there with the end feathers.
Yeah the weather up my way is all messed up. cold then warm,no snow on the ground. I had a Cardinal singing it's mating song last weekend, way too early for that!

Normally we have 18 inches of snow on the ground and its hanging
around the zero mark. I'll take however.. bet we pay later..

Oh yeah I can see it now... 14" in June and more in July.
I got a couple of Eagle pics yesterday! I drove down to a basin by a dam and the Eagle was there! Wow well worth the 20 mile trip for sure!
