Description
It was -15 below zero, when I got to the river.The eagles, mostly just sat in the trees conserving
energy. I only had one chance at a fly by. This is cropped
in some.. hand held, cause I was walking back to the
car. What timing..

Very welcome, i can remember going Winter Pike fishing years ago, heavy snow, ice around the margins of the lake, set up with a couple of dead baits ledgered on the bottom, rods went onto a pod with optonic alarms, sat down in my winter -50 suit, next thing i knew was a snow ball hit me on the side of the head, my Friend lobbed it to wake me up as i was snoring to loud, thats what you get for being to warm.

I'd like to call it skill... but its just luck. You never can
predict when they are really beating their wings what
position they'll be in when the shutter goes. Glad you liked it.
