I started out with sunny f16 rule. iso 200, shutter speed 200, f16, but after a shot,
I chgd to f13 cause I thought the 1st shot was a little to bright. Shot with the 400 with the
1.4x II canon, bogen 3031 tripod. cable release, and going inside every other shot to
warm up.. the camera had to stay out side. Thanks I was pleased until I got to the
final full eclipse, I thought it was too soft. too long an exposure. I can try it again in 2010.

Wow.. Nice detail. I was staring at that crater on the bottom right for a long time through the telescope. It must have been awesome when the meteor hit it. XD

For it to be visible from 225,000 miles it must be a beaut! I've never really had a good
telescope.. I think it would be fun to really see the moon up close and personal. Thanks.

I see I'm not the only crazy one.. I started turning blue.. But still had fun. Couldn't come up
with a perfect setting for the full eclipse. I had to shoot pretty slow.. like a sec. Too long for
the moon keeps moving. I like your eclipse shot. I've decided my tripod head sucks
when doing really fine adjustments... above zero by the weekend.. and mybe even some sun.
